Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Our shower doors and bathroom products are oversized items that ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers. Each item is carefully packed with reinforced wooden crating to ensure safe delivery. Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Delivery Timeframes

- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days after shipping

- Delivery is curbside unless white glove service is selected at checkout

- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment

Shipping Costs

- FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States

- Additional shipping fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

- International shipping is currently not available

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@goxitechnology.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
